A S&S Box is a monthly delivery of the best toys and treats for your curious kitty! We design and manufacture many of our own products.
If your cat doesn’t absolutely love an item then let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org We will ship you a different item FOR FREE!
Yes! Contact email@example.com and we can adjust your shipment frequency to whatever you’d like!
Each box will have 2-3 toys and 3 treats. Some boxes will have supplements and other goods designed for your cat’s well being.

In the “My Account” area you may update your shipping and/or your billing address at any time!
Easy! Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If it qualifies for replacement, we’ll replace it!
You totally can. Just shoot customer care a message and we can literally adjust the frequency to whatever you want.
Each subscription renews by default. You may cancel your plan by contacting email@example.com.
You can change your plan to any plan you want at any time. Just contact customer care and we can make the adjustment for you!
We accept any and all credit and debit cards on our website. If you have an issue completing the checkout process, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
We automatically renew all subscriptions to ensure that your cat doesn’t miss his/her next S&S Box!
You will be renewed on the same day of the month you purchased your first Skip and Scamper Box. For example, if you purchased a 3-month plan on March 2nd, 2021, you will be renewed on July 2nd, 2021.
We ship for free within the USA! Shipping to Canada costs an additional $8.00/month
You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipment! You can also track your shipments in the “my account” area!
We ship via USPS, so if you have a P.O. box, be sure to use that as your shipping address.
Easy! Manage your address in the “My account” area or contact us at customer care and we can update it for you.
S&S Boxes are shipped the next business day after your order. Then they are shipped every 30 days after your first shipment date!
Once your box has shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking code to the e-mail you used during the checkout process. If you have any further questions, please contact email@example.com
You will receive an e-mail in your inbox containing a tracking number when shipped. It will be sent to the email address you utilized to checkout.
